Mission

LIFEBLOOD Ministries exists to provide students with a practical way to follow Christ by giving of themselves to serve the world’s “untouchables,” joining with the global body of Christ to fight human trafficking.

We accomplish this by:

1. Encouraging students to take on sponsorship of an orphan or give to the orphanage.

2. Transporting students to ZLB Plasma Services in Chattanooga, TN.

3. Donating plasma, collecting the money earned, and sending it to Banjara Tribal Ministries in Secunderabad, India.

One plasma donation provides enough for an orphan to have food, clothing, education, and safety from the slave trade for at least one month.

Banjara Tribal Ministries Orphanage is directed by Christopher and Rambai Boda. They are both from the Banjara Tribe, and they minister exclusively among their people, who are esteemed as less than dogs—“untouchables” in the caste system. A child in their city can be bought for $15 and used for child prostitution, labor, and human sacrifices.

God told the Israelites that blood was sacred, because the life of the flesh is in the blood (Lev. 17:11). Jesus said that we could have no greater love than to lay our lives down for another (John 15:13). He also told us that true religion is caring for the orphans and widows in their affliction (James 1:27), and whatever we do for the least of the brethren—the hungry, thirsty, estranged, naked, sick and imprisoned—we do unto Him (Matt. 25:31-46).
